The Routine: Step-by-Step

Pat Dry, Leave a Little Damp

  • Gently pat your skin with a towel until it's just slightly damp.

  • Do not rub vigorously; the residual moisture helps seal in hydration.

Warm the Oil

  • Dispense a small amount of body oil into your palms.

  • Rub hands together to warm the oil. This reduces viscosity and improves absorption.

Apply in the Right Order

  • Start from the driest areas: elbows, knees, ankles, heels.

  • Move to the broader areas: arms, legs, torso, neck, dècolletage.

  • Use gentle, either circular or long, sweeping motions.

  • Allow gravity to guide your application outward from the center of your body.
